Available Items – a design shop and gallery space located in Tivoli, NY – features a curated mix of vintage and contemporary furniture and objects with a folk, modern and left-of-center aesthetic along with an extensive selection of architecture and design books. The gallery space offers rotating exhibitions and DIY workshops.
Founded in 2022 by Chad Phillips and Kristin Coleman the store has become their favorite creative outlet!
Some fun facts: Their dog is named after an obscure pop singer (Evie Sands). Chad and Kristin met organizing a design show in Brooklyn (Brooklyn Designs). Chad grew up in Nashville & ran retail at the Cooper Hewitt and Brooklyn Museums. Kristin grew up on Staten Island (the forgotten borough) and used to be a competitive roller skater.
